    3. If You opt-out from Us sending promotional updates and marketing, or object to any other processing of personal information, We may keep a record of the opt-out or objection to ensure that We respect Your direct marketing preferences.

    1. Every Client/Customer is responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and passwords used to access our services. You, the Client/Customer agree not to disclose Your passwords to any third party and that You are solely responsible for any activity using Your account, whether You authorized it or not. In case of unauthorized use of Your account, You must notify Us immediately.
    2. We are committed to ensuring the security of Your Personal Data and Information. We have set appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Data and Information collected to prevent unauthorized access to the Client/Customer's Personal Data and Information, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Client/Customer personal data. We regularly review Our security measures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
    3. We cannot guarantee the security of data while it is being transmitted to the Portal, so any transmission is at the Client/Customer’s own risk. Once We receive the information, we will take all the necessary measures as detailed above to preserve it.
